Our Sustainable Practices:
- Installation of water bottle filling stations to reduce plastic waste.
- Implemented a linen and towel reuse program that conserves water and energy.
- Installed energy-efficient lighting, cooling, and water systems, ensuring that comfort and sustainability go hand in hand.
- Eliminated single-use straws and food containers, opting for eco-friendly alternatives.
- We only work with or recommend tour operators who demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability for the island and prioritize safety in their activities.
Ways You Can Help:
- Bring reusable water bottles.
- Use reef-safe sunscreen and bug sprays.
- Turn off all lights and air conditioning units when not in the room.
- Contribute to local conservation efforts, such as the Roatan Marine Park.
- Select sustainable seafood options when dining out.
- Do not touch or remove anything from the reef – including purchasing conch shells or dried seahorses as souvenirs.
- Sponsor a child’s education or bring down items for donation.
